Upload is very slow

Frames upload directly from your browser over your own connection. Try a wired connection, or wait for off-peak hours. Large or high-resolution videos have more data to transfer.

Stripe checkout doesn't open

Make sure your browser isn't blocking popups from crispvid.com, or try a different browser. If the issue persists, email us.

Output video has no audio

CrispVid preserves the original audio track. If your source has no audio stream, the output won't either. Check your source file with a media player.

Credits weren't added after payment

Credits are added via Stripe webhook within a few seconds of payment. If they haven't appeared after 2 minutes, hard-refresh the page. If still missing, email us with your payment receipt.
