CrispVid for Mac — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how CrispVid ("we", "our", or "us") handles information in connection with the CrispVid app for Mac (the "App"). We are committed to respecting your privacy and being clear about our practices.

If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the name you choose to share and either your email address or an Apple private relay address, if you choose to hide it. We may also collect basic account and usage information, such as your credit balance and general activity within the App, and any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us for support.

2. Video Content

We do not collect, store, or have access to your video content.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to operate and maintain the App, manage your account and credit balance, process purchases, respond to your requests, and to maintain and improve the App generally.

We do not share your information with third parties, except where required by applicable law.

5. Purchases

Purchases made within the App are processed by Apple. We do not access or store your payment information.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
